Range Logic (Impact Log)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Impact Log mobile application ("App") operated by Dylan Burrough ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Impact Log, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

⚠️ Important Safety Notice

Range Logic provides ballistic calculations for educational and informational purposes. You are solely responsible for safe firearm handling and must always verify calculations independently. Improper use of firearms can result in serious injury or death.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Impact Log, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
  • You must comply with all applicable laws regarding firearm ownership and use in your jurisdiction
  • If firearms are illegal in your area, you may still use the App for educational purposes only

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Impact Log for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Share your subscription or account credentials

4. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Ballistic calculations are estimates and may vary in real-world conditions
  • You are responsible for verifying all calculations before use
  • You will follow all firearm safety rules at all times
  • You will use the App only in accordance with applicable laws

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Free vs Pro

The App offers both free and paid subscription ("Pro") tiers. Pro features are available only to active subscribers.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Payment is charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Ballistic calculations will be accurate in all conditions
  • The App will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF LIFE.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dylan Burrough from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
